We have some westerly facing sliding doors in our home and the sun has damaged the timber floor quite severely so I called Tropi-Cool for a quote on window tinting. Scott came out promptly and exactly on time and gave a good quote so we went ahead with the installation. Scott’s work was terrific – he was extremely organised and the job was done without any mess or fuss. As well as the sliding doors we also got him to tint some very high louvre windows which were very fiddly but Scott did a great job and it was well worth the effort. We were so pleased with the work and the product that we got some additional windows tinted a couple of months later – again they were high up and hard to get at, but Scott did an excellent job. I recently used Scott from Tropi-Cool window tinting at my office at Cairns Home Loans. I have nothing but good things to say about this business. Being in business myself I really appreciate good service. I initially made a call after using Google to find someone local to help. I left a message and it was returned almost immediately. We arranged a time to meet for a quote and Scott arrived on time and gave me an on the spot very competitive price to do the new tinting job. He was knowledgeable about the available products and easy to deal with. I excepted his quote later that week and he made a time out of business hours to do my job as not to disturb my business. Again he arrived on time and worked quickly and tidily. Unfortunately this job turned out bigger than expected with the old film proving very difficult to remove. Scott could have chosen to take the easy option with a scraper to make life simpler for himself but as he said to me the end result will be better if I continue with the heat gun option. Obviously I know no better so I appreciate the fact that Scott took well over the time I’m sure he allocated to my job to ensure it was done well. I would recommend Scott and his business to anyone in the market for any type of window tinting
